Good Sound while they last.

I liked the ear buds, but they aren't durable. The customer service at Jlabs is very nice. They've replaced my ear buds more than once. I'm just tired of them breaking. I'm going to try to return them to Amazon before I ask Jlabs for another set of replacement ear buds. One of the ear buds has stopped working on each pair of ear buds they've sent. They keep assuring me that this is an isolated problem, but this is getting ridiculous. I would not recommend these ear buds to anyone unless they only intend to use them for a short period of time or they don't mind bugging Jlabs for a new pair every couple of months for a year.

Don't Buy for Droid X (Or if you want responsive Customer Service)

The call buttons and media buttons do not work for Motorola Droid X. I tried looking for a fix and emailed the company asking for a solution. The auto response said 24 hours or less but 4 days later no response. I tried again and still no response. I am going back to SkullCandy because I know that their customer service will actually be there when I have a problem.

Side note, the headphones sound decent but are relatively uncomfortable. Feels like low quality materials and I have heard other people complaining they break easily.

Worked great for a couple of weeks

They were great for the first couple of weeks...... Then one day I head out for a walk and there is a short in the left ear, so back to Amazon for an exchange. The new set showed up with a short in the microphone right out of the box. Back to Amazon again this time for a refund =(

Microphone does not work with the iTouch

I bought these to use with my iTouch, both as headphones, and for the mic. The sound quality is good when listening to music and audiobooks, however I have not been able to get the microphone to work. There has been only one time that I tried, and was able to hear my heartbeat, but not any voice commands. Otherwise it is like it does not even exist. Skype states that there is no microphone attached. I am disappointed that these don't do what I need them to do.
I have not yet contacted customer service, but plan to.

Great sound, but didn't last too long.

The headphones sounded great, and the wire never got all tangled up. However after 6months (almost to the day) of my order the right ear bud stopped working completely. Its sad because I recommended them to friends and family and now I'm just waiting for the complaints to come rolling in. Unfortunately its past the point where I can return them to Amazon as well..

Maybe for my next pair I'll look to pay a bit more money for long term durability.
