Very satisfied with my purchase. Seller was very prompt in sending my otterbox to me and it was in excellent condition.

I wouldn't buy.

I don't know why my "HOME" button didn't work after I put the Outterbox on my iPhone. I looked at the way you put it on on YouTube, and the home button didn't work. I thought it was just me and had my husband put it. It didn't work of him either, so I guess it's the way that it was made. I returned it, but never replaced it for another one.

Wonderful Case Bad Clip

My husband and I both purchased these cases for our iphones. The first time my husband put the holster on, when he sat down the clip for the holster broke off. He contacted Otterbox, and they do have wonderful customer service, they immediately sent him a new clip with no hassle. I'm sad to say that the second clip performed no better than the first. It broke within a week of him carrying the phone. The first time I used my case with the holster and clip, my son barely bumped against me, and my phone came out of the holster and fell to the asphalt. Thanks to the strength of the case, the phone didn't sustain any damage, but the holster not being secure is a problem. If this had happened somewhere on grass or carpet I might not have noticed, and have lost my phone. I now keep my phone inside the case, in my purse, and it is fine. I love how easy the case is to use, and the wonderful design of the case itself. If otterbox could come up with a better holster design I would say this was the best case out there, but when you pay that kind of money for a case, you expect more. I gave 3 stars because I love the case, but don't trust the holster!
