Terrible quality and worst customer service
I have had nothing but problems with this shield. I carefully followed instructions..made sure phone was very clean, applied it at night, used a hair dryer then a lampt and it still will come off in your pocket...customer service is horrendous. They tell you free replacements which I had to order already, you pay steeply for shipping and handling so not free and then they charged me all over again after a replacement as they accused me of not returning the ripped piece of crappy plastic that came off, I did return it but they claim I did not. I am currently disputing the charge with my credit card, plan to take this junk of my phone, throw it in the trash and cut my losses....wish I would have never bought it.
Horrible product
Bought the Shield for iPhone 4. Very difficult to apply. Lots of bubbles. Thick covering that obscures the screen. Tacky feel. Corners lifted after several weeks. I requested a replacement, which they sent, but had same issue with replacement. ONLY 45 day warranty.

Seems worth the money
I didn't have any problems applying the films to the phone, and using the Apple Bumpers around the edges gives me a sense of confidence that it's pretty well protected. There was a point at which it appears I put some pressure on the film in a way that caused it to stretch out, which covered the front camera and part of the Home button, but intentionally pushing on the film to put it back into shape seems to have worked, and I haven't had any problems since.
Not worth it
if u want 2 spend 16 to 25 dallor be my guess but it will protect the phone but the sheild will scratch and it detects a lot of finger pint and the orange peel look to the phone is just plane retarted and it was hard 2 put on and if something gets on there game over im not sayin dont buy it but its not full protection like they say and the warrenty sucks cuz u have 2 pay 4 shippin and handling to give it back so imma say a no to the sheild
Dificult to put on
I wish I had bought this thing at the mall. They would have put it on for me. It took me 3 attempts to get it on the phone correctly. Once the bubbles disappeared I noticed there was stuff stuck under the film from being lifted off and on too many times.
I would not by this unless you have patience to put it on.
